Butler ADR & Consulting is a problem-solving initiative based and operated out of Buffalo, NY that believes conflict can be approached differently. The mission is to increase awareness and accessibility of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services while helping organizations, the armed forces, and individuals navigate their conflict with confidence, strategy, and respect.

Butler ADR & Consulting is founded by Conflict Resolutionist Latisha Butler, M.S. who has a B.A in Applied Psychology with a diverse professional background in Human Resource Management, U.S. Army Personnel Management, Family Court and Civil Court Mediation, and Conflict-Coaching in the State of New York. Her lived-experiences and backgrounds has galvanized her to approach conflict with a broader, people-centered perspective. Respecting and understanding the unique cultures, structures, and demands of the armed forces, Latisha Butler, M.S. remains committed to serving military Servicemembers, families, leadership commands, and organizations with professionalism, neutrality, and cultural awareness.

Her approach is grounded in the understanding that conflict is rarely one-dimensional. Recognizing that there are multiple perspectives within every dispute and utilize conflict resolution theories, restorative practices, and strategic communication techniques to help parties move toward productive dialogue, mutual understanding, and sustainable outcomes. Through balanced facilitation and thoughtful engagement, she creates spaces where individuals feel heard, seen, respected, and empowered throughout the resolution process.

Butler ADR & Consulting is established to service HR departments, Employee Relations professionals, Equal Opportunity offices, Military leadership, Service Members, families, and community members by providing mediation, conflict coaching, organizational conflict consultation, and restorative approaches, tailored to each unique situation.
